30 Years Of Training Has Brought Me Here

     30 years… that’s a long time. 30 years of learning, trial and error, watching fads come and go. It’s all brought me to here, teaching what works. 

     I wasn’t always plant based, for a long time I believed you had to eat red meat, chicken, and fish to gain muscle and cut out carbs to lose weight. I was wrong.

     When friends and family members started to suffer from chronic diseases, I decided I wanted to focus on longevity. No aches and pains, real strength and endurance, feeling more positive and better sleep.

     I spent the last 12 years researching what really works, what is real vs anecdotal, and how to implement it into real life. 

     All of that has brought me here.
